Nowadays informationization has become an important aspect and accelerator of social progress and development. In order to comply with the progressive paces of times and catch up with the trend of worldwide development, procuratorial organs have made the decision of making great efforts to promote informationization. As the state organs for legal supervision, the achievement of"strengthening the legal supervision and safeguarding justice"as the working theme requires not only the highly qualified and specialized procuratorial teams, the scientific, standardized and strict management, but also the advanced scientific technical means. Therefore, the research and development contained in this paper have practical significance and great value for application.By introducing the background, significance and current situation of procuratorial organs'prison dynamic management system, the design objectives have been clarified, the feasibility analysis has been conducted and the architecture and solution for the system have been proposed. Detailed requirements analysis including user requirements, system functional requirements, system data requirements and system environmental requirements, is given together with use case diagram of the system analysis. Thirdly, by the adoption of object-oriented analysis and design, the general design and module design are carried out including information input, archiving management of information, database query, litigation process control, extended warning, system backup, background data management, report printing and login verification, and the database design is given as well accompanied by the ER diagram. Finally, program flow and functional interface are presented and the procuratorial organs'prison dynamic management system is concluded in the end.By vigorously accelerating the strategy of arming procuratorial organs with technology, actively promoting"Trinity"mechanism building, serving prosecutions with hi-tech means, stimulating team construction and professional ability development with informationization, criminal activities have been greatly suppressed while fairness and unity of justice have been well maintained.
