Recently, China’s economy is in a stage of rapid development and construction inan expansive growth period, Science Building Cost Information System helps tostrengthen the management of the project cost standardized. This paper completedconstruction project cost management information system design based on the analysis,design and implementation of the entire process.This paper introduces the construction cost information systems theory anddevelopment in the world, then the information management system developmentprinciples, scientific development process and chosen a system development platformand strategy.System analysis, the paper carried out the feasibility and needs analysis,needs analysis business modeling using UML to complete the activity diagram and usecase diagram, class diagram and state diagram to achieve the dynamic modeling of thesystem. On the basis of system analysis and modeling, the overall design of the system,the functions of the system is divided into six modules: engineering information module,project cost template module, the module of the tender offer, cost estimation module,project tracking management module and system maintenance module. Select a widerange of existing applications B/S three-tier model to complete the system design, andsystem database, system maintenance module, the tender offer modules and costestimation module carried out a detailed design and implementation, at the same timeshow the effect of the main modules of the system.Construction project cost system through the functional and security testing, effectis good, with the support of the system, the project cost management can achieveefficiently and accurate. Information management system conforms to the greatenvironmental development, as well as provides a reference to the design of relatedsystems engineering.
