Semiconductor laser have been applied to many fields, we except it can work stable for along time. In addition to the function factor of the semi-conductor laser,many influence factorsuch as the environment temperature unsteady and drive the electric current motion andmultifarious wave to flow out pound at and spread hot etc. problem must be take intoaccount. such as the environment temperature unsteady, drive the electric current motion,multifarious wave to flow out pound at and spread hot etc. problem, for the stable character oflaser, precision temperature control of inner crystal component has important effect. Therefore,the stable and constant control of semiconductor laser diode is rather important. The stableand constant control system of semiconductor laser diode includes constant current control,constant power control and constant temperature control. This paper is belonging to thedesign and research category of constant temperature control system. The constanttemperature control system include liner mode and switch mode. Compare to liner mode, theswitch mode have merits, such as efficiency high and consume small. A little part on thecontent of this paper is to introduce and analyze the research of driver part of mode constanttemperature controller. The temperature of laser-diode is connected with the type of laser-diode. The smallpower laser diode can adopt in brief passive spread the heat; In general, the high power laserdiode array demand water to cold, passing to regulate the circulating piping internal waterdischarge to attain the purpose that control. This kind of controls method accuracy is low,it isalso inconvenient to use.
