With the quick development of science and technology, the industrial processes become more and more complex. The control system which has multi-input and multi-output has characteristics including the strong coupling, nonlinear and time-varying parameters. The knowledge and information gained from the plant of system reduce correspondingly, and the demands of performance is on the increase.The development of intelligent control technology is studied in the thesis, such as fuzzy control, expert system, and so on. Some simulation and application researches in the temperature of the artificial weather room are finished. The results of system operation proved that the fuzzy controller based on the rules of experts is effective on the nonlinear, indefinite and inertial system. The thesis mainly discusses the hardware design of computer control system based on 80C196KC, the development of software, the realization of functions and the scheme of solving problem in the scene. Some methods improving the system's stability and reliability are discussed, and a self-tuning fuzzy controller based on the rules of experts is researched too. A new type of LCD interface circuit is designed, which can make display part more reliable. To solve theinfluence that the nonlinear temperature sensors bring to the system accuracy, nonlinear fitting method of the sensors by using of MATLAB is introduced in the thesis, and the fitting results are notable and significantly, which can greatly improve the accuracy of temperature control. Using the feedforward control to solve the bad effects resulted from the temperature difference and the high-power sodium lamps in different seasons, it can effectively solve the problem of coupling which includes indoor temperature, outdoor temperature and illumination of sodium lamps,also improve the system of anti-interference capability.The debugging and running results indicate that the system has characteristics such as high operating reliability, good tracking property, high precision, small overshoot and operating conveniently, which can prove that the control scheme is reasonable, and the algorithm is effective.
