We expect the semiconductor laser can work stably for a long time when it works. So it is very important to study the constant temperature control of the semiconductor laser.In this design, we need to control the temperature of the semiconductor laser at the range of 25℃±1℃. This thesis use the control theory of PID to research the temperature control of the high power semiconductor laser, and comparing the traditional PID control, modern Fuzzy control and Fuzzy-PID control which the parameters were self-turning online. We found that the Fuzzy-PID control was the best method for the temperature controller of the semiconductor laser. The computer simulink is very important to control the system, it is through a contrast of various control strategies and projects and make sure the related parameters, and then acquiring the best control result.After the experiment, it has been proved that the self-turning parameters Fuzzy-PID control for the temperature control of the semiconductor laser is designed reasonable and reliable.
