Electric actuator is an important equipment of driving and controlling valve,which plays an important role in the automation of modern production process,so it is often called "the hand and foot" of realizing the automation of production process.The Electric actuator takes the electrical energy as power, accepts standard signal (simulation quantity or digital quantity) comes from the regulator, through turns these signals to the opposite mechanical displacement to change the operation variable automatically, inorder to automatic regulate the parameter referenced,and causes the production process to carry on according to the predetermined request.On the basis of analyzing popular electric actuator overseas, combines with present situation in our country, has developed intelligent electric actuator based on the Solid State Relays.The system selects DSP special for high accuracy, high performance electric actuator controlling,in order to enhance the control precision and the reliability of the system,we adopt principal and subordinate controlling to control the system.At the same time,The Solid State Relays are used for control the reverse of the electrical machinery which is fit for frequent switch valve,and uses the infrared remote control technology to make the operation of the system simple,safe.The power supply module provides the different request of the power source for the control circuitthe,electric circuit examines,the DSP chip.The mode choice module makes the conversion of the long-distance,the locale,the stop.The opening detecting and transaction module,the moment detecting and transaction module detect system at any moment,which assures that operate of system security and calm,it also chang the detect Signal to electric current signal 4~20mA or voltage signal 0~5V for the detecting of the system.The remote control module realizes the control the opening of valve by simulant signal and the controls of the open and the close of the valve by on-off signal.The LCD module shows.parameters and the state signal of system intuitionisticly.After collectivity joint debug and load test,, the system achieved the anticipated function request, takes on certain project use value.
