The technology of Single Chip Micyoco(SCM) application and Fuzzy-Control are two important and very practical branches in the Information Science today. In this thesis, I do some research on rule self-seeking-optimization algorithm of fuzzy-control, and use 80C196KC SCM to realize it. The object of the research is electric executor . Before putting this arithmetic into practice , many emulational experiments using MATLAB are conducted. The thesis consists of seven chapters. In Chapter One and Chapter Two, the basic circs of the project and its design scheme are introduced. In Chapter Three, the theory of fuzzy-control and properties of the fuzzy controller and its design methods are introduced. Furthermore, the methods of learning on line and self-seeking-optimization of fuzzy control are researched. The results of emulation and practical application show that using control rules self-seeking-optimization algorithm of fuzzy-control to control the electric executor we can obtain good results, In Chapter Four, the whole structure of the controller of the electric executor and the design of hardware and software of each function module are introduced. Chapter Five introduces the methods of control communication errors between PC and SCM, the operation modes and their priority level and the way to switch them are also introduced in this chapter. Chapter Six introduces the design of security of system hardware and software . In the end , it is conclusion that discusses the properties of this system and the practical control effect.The main work and research results of the thesis include the following:1. This thesis introduces the exploitation of micro-controller based on 80C196KC single-chip in detail. It especially introduces the method to make the best use of inner resourses of 80C196KC single-chip to accomplish the design. The design and application of each function module ,such as A/D converter, D/A converter, display module, communication module and red remote control module ,are introduced in the thesis.2. To the exploitation of a intelligentized survey & control instrument, besides the main control function, the important technology consists of the security of communication, the function of communication protocols and the method of controling communication errors. In the system, the electric executor is applied for the development of bus-mastering system I adopt CAN field bus because its strong interfere resistance capability ,high speed communication and small ratio of communication error.3. To a intelligentized electric executor that can be installed in every condition, the user is generally very much concerned about the convenient adjustment. Therefore, we exploite the function of red remote controller. With the remote controller, we can conveniently adjust the electric executor and set the parameters on the spot.4. The capability of anti-disturbance will directly affect the security of system. "The thesis detailedly introduces the anti-disturbance measures of hardwareand software. 5. The software of PC including man-machine interface and data-base isprogrammed using Delphi.The practical result indicates that the scheme of system design is reasonable and the system can run reliably. With rule self-seeking-optimization algorithm that has function of learning on line, the system has good tracking capability, high steady accuracy, small overshoot, friendly man-machine interface and operating convenience.
