High reliability,openness,econmics and industrialize become the urgent requirements of contemporaneity industry control system,this article first looks back to and summarize the history of computer control system and field-bus control system. This article continues to introduces a self-tuning fuzzy control system about industrial boiler,which can self-tune rule of fuzzy controller,This fuzzy control system is based upon field-bus of DeviceNet. After that, this article gives prominence to the advantages of the field-bus products from Rockwell Automation and how to concretely realize the industrial boiler control system that is based upon field-bus. After that,this article detailedly discusses the mechanism and how to come true self-tuning adjustable fuzzy controller. Then, we design self-tuning adjustable fuzzy controller which can self-tune on-line the parameter of fuzzy controller. finally,we realize the adjustable controller in SIMULINK,and take the advantage of OPC(OLE for Process Control)mechanism of MATLAB,to realize the real-time control of temperature of water in the boiler.The control result shows that this controller algorithm has best control performance,and improve the control effect to great extent.
