Comprehensive Settlement Of The China Telecom System Design And Implementation

Interconnection settlement between telecommunication enterprises is becoming more and more important. Integration settlement system is the kernel operation system of telecommunication enterprises. It must not only realize interconnection settlement accurately and effectively, but also play an important role in management, service, schedule, increment of enterprises. On the one hand, as the base network provider, China Telecom services for many telecommunication enterprises; and on the other hand, with more and more new telecom businesses appearing, better integration settlement system is required.Firstly, requires of client for settlement system are studied and analyzed the principle of system design and system structure are decided in this paper. Secondly, the system design in the module and group design will be introduced. Database is designed specifically as well. At last, how to implement the whole integrated settlement system and system running is described.
