Research And Implementation Of A Comprehensive Settlement System For Operators

The competition between the telecommunication operators is getting intense as the market becomes nearly saturated. Settlement system, which is an important part of the Telecommunication Business & Operation Support System, will play a pivotal role in such a fierce market competition.However, the current settlement system is relatively backward in comparison with the booming telecommunication industry. Furthermore, the software architecture, logical structure, function modules and business processes of the system are determined, which induce the design of the system.2. System implement.In the section of system implementation, the deployment diagram and flow charts were present, and the implementation process of the settlement rating module was mainly emphasized. Since check-duplicate algorithm in settlement rating module is optimized, system processing efficiency has been greatly improved. At the same time, manual maintenance workload reduced because of the configurable price plan.3. System test. In the section of system test, We focused on the core functionality and performance testing and refined the design based on the test results. Eventually the commercial Telecommunication Operators Integration Settlement System is released.Test and application situation reveal that the Telecommunication Operators Integration Settlement System can support a variety of new business settlement scenarios, provide guarantee for market competition and has achieved good application effect.
