The building of the City union card is the symbol of modern civilization, is the keyproject supported by national Ministry of information industry and Ministry of construction.In recent years, with the increasing demand of most sectors of society for the city union card,many cities have distributed the different type of IC card, and achieved good results whichmake a foundation for the City union card building. The bus subsystem of City union card asthe first project in the city union card system plays an important role. Its construction andimplementation will facilitate citizen’s traveling and improve the consumption settlementefficiency of public transport and service quality in commendably way.The system function,city union card system mainly aims at the public utilities management and fees of the city,including the city public transportation, subway, taxi, natural gas, water, heat, park, smallamount consumption. After the implementation of city union card system, the people couldhold an IC card which prior deposited certain amount money and could consume in traffic,small amount consumption field, utilities fees and other fields without using the cash. It reallyrealizes the function of electronic wallet consumption. It has gradually become the cityessential infrastructure, and become the important symbol for the city intellectualized andinformationAs the typical branch of the city union system, bus settlement center system of Xi’anmetropolitan union card, is the essential bridge which connects bus operating company to thecentral liquidation system.it is responsible for processing transaction date which send bythese pos equipments.The transaction data generated when the union cards were used toconsume on the pos equipments. Bus settlement center system will forward these data to thecentral liquidation system for cleaning; on the other hand, it need to download operationalparameter files, liquidation results files, reconciliation files, from central liquidation system.at the same time, taxi settlement central itself also needs to statistic and analysis thetransaction records of all the system received and then generates the trade reports，operationaldata report, analysis reports, and so on. Significantly, the communication pressure of centralliquidation system was reduced because of the taxi settlement center system, so it finallyimproved the reliability and efficiency of the whole system.The article first analyzes the existing system architecture of the original bus IC system(including the operational status, the existing system structure, the existing network structure),as well as the functional requirements which upgrade the system to transform and access to the city card system.Second, the transaction data were sorted and cleaned before and afterreconstruction, the mode of settlement of the transaction amount to do a comparative analysisprocessing focus on improved consumer transactions, statistics, aggregation of consumertransaction data accumulated, bar sub-account results as operating funds clear the basis of theliquidation procedures reconciled to achieve the liquidation of the amount of each bus branchoperations. Finally, the actual implementation of the project, credit card spending datacollection, analytical processing, and transaction data storage program will do the statistics inthe database specific table, aggregate, resulting in the balance sheet reconciliation reportsresults, as the financial settlement clearing basis.
