The power telecommunication network is an important guarantee of the secure and reliable operation of power grid. In order to manage the power telecommunication network efficiently, a power enterprise have built up quite a few network management systems, which are isolated, standards non-unified and function different. In recent years, with the rapid development of electric power industry and the continuously expanding of power telecommunication network in scale and coverage, the power enterprise is setting about constructing of a set of "Power Telecommunication Network Integrated Management System", which is function concentrated and interconnected longitudinally and integrated horizontally. Therefore, a research on the longitudinal and horizontal interconnection scheme and designing an interconnection interface which has strong commonality and reliable data transmission ability is an important topic of the construction of Power Telecommunication Network Integrated Management System.This paper firstly analyzes the interconnection requirement of Power Telecommunication Network Integrated Management System from the several aspects such as data, functions in detail, also makes a research of mainstream technology for data transferring, such as CORBA, Web Service, message queues and data exchange platform, and selects an interconnect solution based on Web Service interface technology referring to the management system interconnection solution of telecom operators. Considering that the built network management systems are different in system architecture, deployment pattern, software platform, information model, develop technical route, in order to enhance the versatility of the interface, this paper divides the interface into two parts and design them separately. The two parts of the interface are "interface framework", working for the standard data exchanging based on Web Service, and "business components", working for the standard data adapting to the built management systems. At the end of the paper we develop a business component of alarm report, implement the interface interconnection in a real interconnected environment and verify the effectiveness of the interface. The interface software has been applied in an enterprise project and can be reused in other similar projects.
