Design And Implementation Of Member Integration Front System For Payment And Settlement

The Member Integrated Front System(MIF)of Payment settlement System is a communication and exchange system between the Payment and Clearing System of Rural Credit Banks Funds Clearing Center(NCS)and the Core Banking Systems of member institutions(CBSs).Members of the front-end system research and development,to member institutions reduce the transformation of the internal system of the workload and reduce the cost of renovation,for clearing center can not only pre business logic of the system and achieve fast access member institutions.A set of private payment and settlement system has been established between the national rural financial institutions.Become an indispensable supplement to the payment system in China.MIF is responsible for the completion of the capital clearing business logic between member institutions,responsible for establishing communication link,converting and forwarding data,transmitting information between the NCS and the CBSs,responsible for remaining the confidentiality,integrity and availability of information.The internal and external structure norms,business logic,system security functions and the redundant architecture of the system are studied.Through the analysis and summary of business process,the configuration of business process is realized.In this system,the security,integrity and availability of the transmission information between the payment and settlement system and the members are realized by using the hardware encryption device and the symmetric algorithm key system.The MIF has been rapid popularization and application after the completion of this system,there are four members of the unit have been successfully access NCS by using MIF,greatly shorten the access period,in the science and technology organization of rural cooperative finance development process around the larger differences under the condition of the realization of the unity of access,payment and settlement system for China the rural cooperative financial institutions built and laid the foundation.
