With the wide spread population of Internet, distance education system based on www(world wide web) has come into being, which is a complement to brand-new regular education. This teaching method has break down the traditional limitation of time and space, which can make people enjoy acquiring knowledge freely. Now distance education has become an important form of realizing life-long education and national education whether now or in the future society.With the social development and the scientific technological progress , electronic commerce is playing a more and more important role in the social-economical life. The running of electronic commerce system combines commercial theory-practice and electronic facilities organically. Electronic commerce, as a new force in the development of social economy , is paid much attention by the world wide governments and concerning international organizations. With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the talented people in electronic commerce circle has run short seriously. So it is a key junction for the smooth development of electronic commerce to get them trained and educated. In recent years, many college and universities starts electronic commerce courses one after another. However, involving many subjects such as finance. trade. electronics.security and law, it is hard to be exercised traditionally. So, it is an efficient and effective way to train talented people applying electronic commerce, push forward the use of electronic commerce hi large scale in our country by using distance education technique to create studying environment and set up a platform for electronic commerce teaching program.In order to conduct the exploration of applied system, it is vital to analyse. design and model the system, which is quite important for the promotion of quality reliability and repetition of the software, also for the shortening the period of software exploration. UML (Unified modeling language) is the modeling language that can be applied for large scale system. It can not only support object-oriented analysis and object-oriented design, but also the exploration of the software.As a standard language in the object-oriented software project field, UML (Unified modeling language) is rich in expressing. However, it is just a modeling language, there is still lack of relevant process and method as how to apply it to design distributed application system..This thesis is devoted to approaching the applied research of systemic modeling theory and it's practical exploration. We use different models to describe the characteristic of the various static structure and dynamic action of applied system that lies in different life circle, and model them.As for security, it is thought to be more open and less tighter, and it should go through the whole process of electronic commerce based on internet. The electronic commerce teaching points lie there. In composing this thesis, the writers explores the issue of network security and pay much attention to the security certificated in electronic commerce and encryption technologies. On this basis, I explore electronic commerce teaching platform combining interactive teaching system and on-line practical stimulating system, which relies on campus-based network environment. The writer exemplifies the meanings and the application of encryption technologies, digital signature, certified technologies and divers security technologies.
