On the basis of workflow, the system achieves the norm and automation of the processes, including businesses application, order exchange, order handle, order track, users management, united management and dispatch of resources, order driving resources and businesses, and improves efficiency. At technology achieve, the component developing technology naturally becomes the first choice to excellently achieve the system even though developers are not enough and deadline is very short. After adopting the COM component technology, we effectively achieve the system on time and make facilities to maintain, modify and upgrade. Finally, the function structures, frameworks and composes of the workflow system, based-on Web and B/S three layer structure, are described. The system is based on business software project. In the process of developing I learn some relational knowledge and make some summarize, promote and research of the relational theory. At last I bring up a new model combined theory with practice.The order workflow management system is well running on the product line of some a corporation, obtaining effects and economical benefits, and a system combined theory with practice and combined produce with study & research.
