Public Security S & T Resources Management System Modeling, Implementation And Testing

The management system of Public Security has experienced radical and significant changes in the information age, and hence needs to coordinated resources in various aspects and regulate jobs in every phase from an all-round view. For this purpose, it is essential to link the individual operation process together and the management of publice security projects so as to establish the foundation of public security.This dissertation introduces the WorkFlow management technique, which is capable of time coordination and process control for the whole production process, into the time coordination and process control for the whole production process, into the new publice security resources management system. By modeling the task flow of the resources management system, this technique seperates each job into well-defined tasks and roles, and then implements these tasks by stipulated rules and process in order to realize the automatic processing of each step.The MVC model and OR Mapping technique is integrated to cooperate with the job flow management in this large-scale and practical system, which create an unprecedented environment for the application of the public security resources management system.During the development, we introduce the Test-Driven-Development and extreme programming. This is a new attempt and challagement in development. At the same time, we execute 5 times acceptance tests.The development, refactoring and integration of scienc and technology resources management system go through the testing.The construction of management system for science and technology resources of public security has enhanced the efficiency of its management and promoted common application of science and technology resources. It is not only a great realization of Workflow management system, MVC model and OR Mapping technique in real environments but also a successful example oftesting driven development and extreme programming in application.
