| The software project management is very difficult in Software Company in China. The project manager is up against so much trouble such as badly veracity,limited time, human resource, delayed reaction. Now there isn't any project management software has the ability to accomplish the whole software project management, because it's difficult to make a fitness system for the enterprise's procedure peculiarity. In this article,we present a project management system for solving those project management problems in a software company.This paper does the process improvement studies in the Extreme Programming development process. First, based on the analysis of Extreme Programming development process, it provide an Extreme Programming development improvement process which suit for small systems development and concludes the customer stories, system metaphors and iterative development practicable methods. Secondly, it use the improvement process during the System development,solve the problem that the Extreme Programming development standard process can not match the requirement of phyrsical development. This article's Project Management system uniting the B/S and C/S Software Architecture. The system has two parts: Project Management server and Project Management client. The Project Management Server helps actualizing the software engineering's requirements, plan, development, test, maintenance. The Project Management client gets the task from Project Management server.With the technical development, the system function must along with it development, therefore in the end proposed some own view and the forecast on this Project Management system. |
