The Application And Implement Of Industrial Electronic Drawing Management System Using EXtreme Programming

Extreme Programming is a newly light-wight methodology for small-to-medium-sized teams developing software in the face of vague or rapidly changing requirement. It is known for its main basic principles, such as Simple Design, Pair Programming, Small releases, Refactoring, Testing-before-Coding, etc. And you can make rapidly feedback between developers and users, which will lead to deliver the best software finally, with the help of On-site Customer, Planning Game, Continuous Integration and other core practices in XP. At the beginning of the paper, it introduces about the current situation of Software Engineering and the features of traditional development methodology. Then it also tells what is the basis principle of Agile methodology and focuses on what is XP. After that, we use the technology of Object-Oriented and discuss a model that be used XP to develop the Drawing Management System which is running in the XinJiang Chemical Fertilizer Factory after adopting XP. Meanwhile, we finish both grasping XP's basis principles and the whole project. Finally, the paper explains how to develop the Drawing Management and the problems have been solved.
