Xml-based Network Services Research

The first part of this essay introduces some basic knowledge of XML, such asconcept, term, field of application, and then focus on analysing how to realize and set up XML file with some complete examples, relationship between XML and Web. The second part introduces some contents of Web services, such as concepts, architecture, difference between Web Services and traditional network service, between Web Services and Web Service, and its relative technology and protocol and also put forward methods and steps on how to realize Web Services under Microsoft .NET, and finally introduces XML Web Services. The third part focus on introducing Web Services based on XML, one side refers to technical side, technology combination of XML and SOAP, key technology of Web Services( such as XML, SOAP and WSDL), Web Services technology, protocol and language is based on XML, the other side refers to web services(generalized Web Services is network information service) based on XML technology, how XML technology and Web Services technology support network information service, such as how XML technology bring into play in network services such as digital library, e-commerce, data exchange, search engine, web publish and e-government affair. Last the author put forward prospect that development of Web Services technology basing on XML will penetrate into all aspects of society including IT, and exhibit its great application potential in field of web services and provide more perfect network information service.This essay is a characterized by rich instances.
