| Pig used in aerial and field oil pipeline reacts importantly on purge of the oil pipeline. But the pig is easily be stopped because of accumulating of the impurity and the special structure of the pipeline corner, then fast finding the location of the pig has be an important problem.The paper is to design a portable and intellectual instrument to solve the problem. The existing explores of pig own lots of defect such as high misjudgment rate, low reliability and using inconveniently, and the empoldered explore of pig in this task which takes the microprocessor as its core has overcome these defect. It has high distinguishing rate and reliability, can be taken and used conveniently. The paper introduces designing requirement and background of application of instrument, enumerates whole design frame and narrates the design methods of every unit's hardware and software in detail. The instrument has passed successfully many kinds of experiments and effected well. |
