The power department provides an endless impetus for high-speed economic development of our country. As Thermal Power Plants stand80percent of power energy structure, toxic substance in flue gas discharged by fossil-fuel units affects the air quality. An expanding tendency occurs of acid rain and fog in the north area of our country, so detecting accurately poisonous gas component in flue gas provides scientific reference for specifying criterion of controlling dust gas discharging, environment level detecting and managing, discharging fee.The subject completes the research and design of a portable fuel-gas component detecting instrument, the text focuses on the design of hardware, software and gas pipeline structure. The device holds a ability of detecting nitrogen oxides, sulfide deposit and oxygen content in fuel-gas with mathematical precision.The instrument designed in this article equips with megal28microchip of AVR series, multi-electrodes electrochemical sensors are its main detecting devices, finally the external A/D chip with high resolution guarantees the accuracy of output signal from sensor-circuit PCB board. IMR600fuel-gas preprocessor filter and dry the gas, which simplies the sampling Process and optimize the detecting environment. Intelligent serial interface LCD with large size makes operating convenient, and facilitates the flex Man-machine interaction GUI menu designing. Mini-Printer equipped enables operator take the detecting result away in order to record conveniently, which incarnates Human-based management.Data error processing and demarcating method of sensor, summarized from a great deal of researching data, largely improves the detecting precision and adaptation of the detector. From hardware design to software, selecting of gas pipeline, we make considerable foaming experiments to guarantee the reliable operation.Testing data in the last part of the text proves that the portable fuel-gas component detecting instrument designed here achieves anticipative precision target, this device can do sampling test in detecting poisonous gas concentration as portable instrument with high precision.
