Leaking detection has been more and more important in leaking control system of water supply. Only when you detect whether the pipe is leaking, can you control leakage. Using advanced detection technology, you can not only reduce the cost of maintainance to save water, but also get well economic profit and social benefit.The dissertation studies a leaking detection system which Rabbit3000is the primary control chip, and TMS320VC5402is used for data processing, and other auxiliary module such as data acquisition, A/D converter, power supply management, and human-computer interface module. This equipment has met our goals.The water leakage detector uses the pressure-acceleration sensor to acquire piping vibrations signal, which is converted to electric signals. These signals are amplified and A/D converted storing in DSP memory through the McBSPO channel. And then after power spectrum estimation algorithm, etc, this paper analyzes processed data whether pipeline is leaking, and at the same time, to locate the leakage position by cross-correlation algorithm. Rabbit3000connects the enhanced HPI8interfaces to read and write memory data in the5402DSP, and transfers the data to display in the LCD screen. All of these operations are controlled by the keyboard. Friendly human-computer interface design can enhance the practicability of the system.This paper firstly introduces the leak detection technology and the development tendency of the domestic and foreign current development situation, and summarizes the relevant implementation algorithm. Then the paper elaborates the hardware circuit design, including the design of the overall implementation scheme and the realization of the function module. In the final, this paper analyses the system software implementation, including the realization of interface design and data processing.
