In the area of e-commerce to flourish,many electronic business platform need for unified management of customer information,and hope to be able to manage customer information while achieve integration service of customer service quality and customer service evaluation system.Customer service management system was born in such a context.From the Gansu Province Shi an electronic Monitor Company demand for corporate customer information management,the article based on analysis of the current status of the customer management services of electricity supplier,combine the computer technology,network technology and information systems management technology,design and development a set of electricity supplier customer service management system.Mainly to complete the work of several of the following areas:1.According to development requirements and characteristics of the electricity business customer service management system,choose a suitable development platform,the development language and database management systems.Analysis the functional requirements,performance requirements and data requirements of the electricity supplier customer service management system in detailed to determine the Browser/Server structure of the mode that the Browser/Server model.Based on the above,the paper analysis detailed the data traffic flow and gives the overall design scheme of electricity supplier customer service management system.2.The designed of database system of the service management system is important content.Based on the completion of the database and the framework of database concept,according to the function of customer service management system,designing the physical structure table of the database management system,and giving a complete and detailed design of a single table structure,and on this basis,the different classes of database management system were designed,and completed the design of the entity classes,control classes and boundary class,by the designing of the different types of functions and their interrelationships,greatly enhance the operability of data management and the reliability of database management system3.Combined with the actual management requirements of the electricity supplier customer service management system and the application tier architecture,gives the design method of three levels,there are the presentation layer,application logic layer and data service layer,at the same time,designing the specific management functions of the system,giving a good human-computer interaction interface and the design method of the system code.In the factor of system code design,in order to reduce the development effort of system,the code templates of based on XML technology was used,and achieve the overall system develop of interface function code,in the same time,increasing the efficiency and reliability of the system.4.Finally,the test is given for the entire customer service management system,and complete the test of function and performance.The results show that the management system has the improved functionality;the tests of network response show that the management system has the rapid response capability,it can meet the needs of the user;the link test of database show that the management system has a good access to data link capability.
