Pxi Bus Test System In The Network Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of computer, communication and control technology, automatic test technique tends to be digital, intelligent and networked. Virtual instrument has brought revolutionary change to automatic measurement and control field, furthermore, web-based automatic test stands for a very important direction of that field.Based on international developing trend of measurement and control field, web-based automatic test, virtual instrument and relating application in airborne device ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) are researched in the thesis. A web-based PXI automatic test system is designed and realized. The thesis provides specific content of hardware and software design. This current automatic test system is achieved with PXI device, LAN and LabVIEW.The system is able to complete kernel functions of automatic test and capable of remote control in LAN. The basic performance of this automatic test system has reached dependability and precision requirement of airborne device test.
