The nuclear power station's instrument and control system is a nervous system of the nuclear power station.It directly relates to the safe, reliable and stable movement,so must regularly carry on the examination service to it. The KRG system is a common control anolog system, is an essential system of the instrument and control system, altogether uses 65 types, surpasses 5,000 meters, for each time overhaul, brings very big work load.At present, the nuclear power station's overhaul use tradition test method, it is difficult to enhance the efficiency, then is very difficult to reduce the overhaul time, brings the very big economic loss. In order to enhance the examination accuracy, the reliability, and the overhaul efficiency, it's urgent to research the accurate automated test method. This article described how to use the NI Corporation's software and hardware technology, the highly effective, open, nimble virtual instrument technology, the formidable function, the user definition and so on many merits to develope the KRG equipment's automated test system of nuclear power plant. The test system satisfies the nuclear electricity, the examination technology standard, the condition, the request and so on.To compare with the traditional test platform, the test efficiency obtains greatly enhances, the accuracy and reliability also were improved.The paper first chapter analyzes the present nuclear power station's test method for the KRG equipment, and proposes the automated test technology based on the virtual instrument. Second chapter makes the brief elaboration to the virtual instrument and to the automated test system's domestic and foreign development situation and tendency. Third chapter in view of the concrete target of the KRG equipment and chooses test system plan. The paper fourth chapter elaborates the design thought of the automated test system and proposes the modulation design proposal. Fifth chapter in detail describes the hardware composition, the hardware characteristic and its function in system. Sixth chapter briefly introduces the LabVIEW platform and the code realization. Finally the paper makes the summary and the forecast.
