The Study And Development Of Virtual Automatic Test Device Based On LabVIEW

With the high attention paid on the safety of nuclear, digital control system test isbecoming complex. Due to the steady increasing of the test requirements on thecoverage, accuracy and efficiency, the traditional manual test could not satisfy the realtest requirements. Automatic test technology has become an inevitable choice. Basedon the LabVIEW develop platform, this subject develops a set of virtual automatic testdevice by the virtual instrument technology.Firstly, this paper researches the automatic test system and virtual instrumenttechnology. Then, based on the analysis of the project requirements, it designs theoverall program, and determines the framework of hardware and software of the virtualautomatic test device. Through the adjustment boards design for digital and analoginput and output, it realizes the hardware system of the virtual automatic test device.Through the design of main program, function program and sub program, it realizesthe software system of the virtual automatic test device. Through the integration ofsoftware and hardware, it realizes the virtual automatic test device. Finally, theproduction is applied to the testing work in the main steam system, which achievedgood effect and verified the correctness of the virtual automatic test device.
