Knowledge-based Aircraft Manufacturing Information Systems Research And Development

Since the tremendous process of advanced manufacturing technology such as CIMS, CE, IMS, VMS, AM have been made, the CAPP system is updating to the great challenge integrated, toolized, web-used and intelligentized ability will be the trendenly of the CAPP.The paper, based on the SAC-PIS subsystem of SAC-CIMS first-class project, general analysis the manangement of Process Information, presents the requirements of SAC-PIS. On the basis of CAPPFramework, an Knowledge-based Process Information System is established to meet the requirement of plane manufacture.1. The Process Information System, serving for the design and manufature of key model plane, is established on the basis of the feature of manufacturing the plane and requirement of information integrated.2. The process information model is constructed by the technology of Object-Oritened.3. The structure frame of integrated system is designed by analyzing the data flow among SAC-PIS, PDM, CAD/CAM, ERP systems.SAC-PIS is now working for machining an assembling process planning and management, and has been integrated dffectively with other subsystems of SAC-CIMS.
