Introduced it's development history and architecture. Anuiysised it's application of extended service and some issue of SMS. furthermore, advanced the solution project. Especially studied the protocol of Short Message Peer to Peer('SMPP) and the set of AT instruct. Designed and implemented the query system based on the SMS. Put forward the realisation project of welfare lottery system based on the SMPP.
