| With the increasing number of mobile phone users, short messages have become more and more important in our daily life. Besides the point-to-point messaging business, information which comes from the message platform to cell phone users in the SMS services business is also in progress. The kind of business has become a convenient access for users to get information in time. With the supporting of service providers(SP), users can get a large number of useful information by ordering programs through short messages or customizing through web site. SPs also earn a lot through the provision of information services .Therefore, both the users and SPs need short message services. So this paper's main task is to analyze the Short Message Protocol of CDMA, and to simulate the sending, and receiving of SMS by using this protocol.China Unicom SGIP Gateway enables the integration of computer systems and communication systems and brings mobile phone users a lot of useful information.This dissertation focuses on the SGIP gateway structure and design achievement. Firstly the development of SMS, SMS Gateway and the background are introduced in detail. Secondly, the main gateway structure and function are introduced. Thirdly introduced the importance of communication module, its main function and the technical details, including information reception, information processing, protocol conversion, distribution, etc. Finally given the communications module operating results, sum up the communications modules and SMS Gateway practical significance.In this dissertation, the corresponding SMS Gateway was already used in the relevant text messaging system, and achieved good results. |
