Integrated Development Platform Designed To Automate The Process Of Research And Application

In this paper, the most reseach work focus on the design process automation based work flow in the platform of integrated product development. The degree of product design automation is advanced by linking up design processes with design quality evaluation actions.The concept and structure of product integrated development platform are introduced firstly. Reseach emphases on the integrated product information model, knowledge database, product design quality evaluation architecture, design process control model and system integratration and data encapsulation.Secondly, The need and support which provided by integrated platform to design process automation are discussed. There are three types of design process automation and their realization method are put foeward. It is the third type automation in this papers. The key to realize automation is design processes jpin, which need design evaluation actions.Finally, the product design quality evaluation actions are studied in detail. Evaluation architecture includes evaluation indices, evaluation methods, evaluation knowledge database and mechanism of evaluation conflicts solution. The reciprocity between elements of design quality evalaution can create much more process information. With them, design process are controled and managed. So that, the design process control is supported by the information of design evaluation. The whole product design process can be impleted automatically.Based on these reasech and exploration, A design process automation system of power tooth-brush was developed. We have developed software of power tooth-brush design quality evaluation and design process control software. Through the automation system, we have developed many power tooth-brush products automatically.
