Under the globalization of economy and information, Mass media has gradually affected our political life. Being the core of the public management--policy-making have already changed a lot because of mass media. The thesis analyses the relation of mass media and policy-making, especially uses communication theories to explain the reality and problems of the government policy-making. This thesis contains four sections. The first part is the introduction of the fractions and method. The second part is explanation to the problems of the government policy-making with communication theories. The third part is how the mass media acts on the process of government policy-making, the last part is the limitation of mass media. I try to use communication theories to find the reasons and intentions behind these problems. |
