The mass media as the product of the social, it has been widely worked into every aspect of the society, and become an integral part of the life in economic globalization and the global situation, its influence is growing stronger day by day. Especially in the new century, the mass media as aspecial of environment, providing a impotent of the public value,and maintain a series of social interests, and then influence the government's policy.Social development and the people of interests been influented to the government policy-making, so the People will be intereted in the government policy-making, if the reasonable demands of the people not be considered, the government policy-making will lose their support.Therefore, it is very necessaryto provide a platform for people to express their opinion.On the one hand,the mass media as a disseminator of information can take the government's decision to the people,increased public support for our government policy, Let people participated in political and supervise the government's decision-making process;On the other hand, the mass media provide a public platform for people,and take the public demand to the government policy makers, guarantee the government policy's democratization and scientific.The impact of mass media on government decision-making is a relatively new research topic. Lots of paper are consulted and various research methods,such as system analysis approach, social inquiry methods and so on,are applied.On the basis of theoretical research by experts and scholars at home and abroad,the relationship between media and government decision-making is analyzed systematically, and four proposals that make the interaction ofmass media and our government decision-making are proposed.
