Finally, this paper introduces the development process and applying effect of the system in Nanfang Motor Co., Ltd..This system realizes the integrated management for the main information, documents and files involved in the foreign trade operations. Moreover, it smoothes the operating procedures and helps us to grasps the center of the task through customer evaluation and operation procedure rebuilding, so it improves the management level greatly.
