Design And Analysis Of Hebei Mobile Enterprise Service Intergrated Operation Platform

After five years design and development, Hebei China Mobile has already established business and operation support system to support enterprise customer service openness, services and products marketing, billing and settlement, operational analysis.Rely on the business and operation support system, the services and products for enterprise customers extended from the basically voice, SMS and data services to comprehensive full services including dedicated circuit, IMS, IP-PBX and M2M. However, meanwhile with the fast enterprise business development, some of issues start to pop up. Because of the lack of vertical integration, different business and operation support system became several independent silo systems. This brings negative effects to the maintenance work, improves maintenance fees and complexity, especially when a business process is vertical cross several systems. In this case, the system is not able to support the business effectively.In order to bring up the working efficiency, Hebei China Mobile needs to update the existing system to ESOP system to better support on full enterprise services. This paper states the background of the enterprise business development and the basically business acknowledge, analyses the shortage of the existing system from different perspectives system integration, long business process synergy, financial supporting, data hosted push and account manager management. It also illustrates the necessity of ESOP development and technical methodology.Base on the clearance of system design principle and system architecture, the paper selectively analyses the ESOP system design requirement, designed personalized operation platform, end-to-end the electrical process, the interactive between ESOP and BASS, management relative business plan, project management process, and also designed the detail plan according to different integration style.In the real practice the ESOP system is working effectively. By integrate pre-sale, sale and after-sale business process, service process and management process, the ESOP support market development and business synergy for multi-channel, multi-department, multi-region. It improved the capability of business and operation system, improved the standardization of the enterprise business and fulfilled the requirements of enterprise market promotion and operation management.
