Industrial control systems are widely used in many industries of modern industry in China,including power system,urban gas transmission and distribution,municipal water supply and sewage treatment,petrochemical industry,rail transportation and other infrastructure.More than 80% of these sectors are included in the national critical infrastructure,most of which are achieved through industrial control systems.As an important part of modern and smart city,city gas plays a vital role in the national critical infrastructure,which is essential for the stability of society and rapid development.With the rapid development of Internet of Things,the depth integration of informatization and industrialization(hereinafter referred to as the “two-oriented integration”)and “Made in China 2025”,large amounts of Internet technology are applied to industrial production,and the related equipments and products of industrial control systems are increasingly using common industrial control protocols,hardware and software,and connect with the public network such as the Internet in various ways.Industrial control systems have been developed from traditional isolation,sealing to large-scale integration,openness and interconnection.While “the two-oriented integration” and the rapid development of Internet of Things brings huge productivity,the corresponding security issues also come behind.The events,such as 2010 Iraq Bushehr nuclear power plant “Stuxnet”(Earthquake)virus incident,2011 United States local water SCADA system attacked by hacker,2015 Ukraine's large-scale power grid attacks,2016 North American Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS)attacks and other events,cause social and industrial control systems industry wide attentions.The security problem of industrial control systems is a critical issue that can not be avoided.In view of the security problems of industrial control systems,combined with the current domestic and foreign security status,this thesis focuses on the design and construction,the attack and defense exercises of the security simulation platform of city gas Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA)system,including the system requirements and design analysis,hardware and software design,vulnerability utilization,attack and defense exercises and so on.The design and implementation of the security simulation platform of the city gas SCADA system is carried out using computer technology,modern communication,network technology and automatic control technology.The design and implementation,attack and defensive exercises of system security simulation platform provides simulation environment and exercise platform for industrial control system security issues in-depth research and protection work,in order to preferably protect the security management and operation of industrial control system.
