The production of coal mine includes many links, such as mining, roadheading, transportation, ventilation, drainage, power supply, washing, loading and safety. The monitoring and control system for these links are still in independent state with each other in our country. It can not utilize the comprehensive information and is difficult to carry out the automatic consolidated management with self-system, isolated information, more maintenance and poor integral reliability.With sufficient analyzing to every kind of site Field bus technology, this paper puts forward the current simple, economic and high reliable CAN bus technology, as well as the high efficient automatic integral information network of VB control interface, and the distributed SCADA underground control and data collecting founction has been achieved .This system has two stages of control and equipment. The nodes of control stage are complemented by PLC, except the node of control center by PC .Nodes are connected to CAN bus through the adapter of intelligent network, resulting in timely, exact and reliable transfer of multifold main architecture network data. For the actual application in underground mine, this paper analyzes the factors with limits the use of CAN bus in mine and points out efficient solution to explosion proof technology and network architecture technology, meanwhile gives out the detail procedure combining with example. At last, the article brings up the thought of coal mine comprehensive data management system based on Ethernet and its founction summary.
