| The production model of wellbore tool is one of typical many varieties, medium and small batch production mode. At the present time, although the wellbore tool manufacturing enterprise of Dagang Oilfiled has realized higher auto-mobilization in production equipment, the traditional handcraft management mode is still the main part in the production management. Some departments have been equipped computers, but they are just been used in processing the daily information or work and these computers are stand-alone. Even they have built the intranet, there still aren't communications each other and each does things in his own way and they are just some "information island ". They didn't eliminate the repeated work completely from the management, say nothing of the share, the value added , the using of management information. The effect of the application of the computers to the enterprise management is very small. With the development of the market economy, the traditional handcraft management mode can't fit for the requirement of the enterprise developing, so the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in Dagang Oilfiled is important and significant.Firstly, this paper introduces the development situation of the ERP at home and abroad and analyzes the status of the production and management of the wellbore tool manufacturing enterprise in the Dagang Oilfiled and the DG-ERP design model based on the SCM is provided.Secondly, the guide ideas of the BPR (business process reengineering ) is provided and according to the practice of the implementation, some solve plans of process reengineering are given. We also research the base of theintegration of the ERP system-information coding . The guide ideas andthe methods of the coding is given. Base on this, this paper discusses thekernel problem of the ERP system and some examples are given according to the design of the DG-ERP systemFinally, according to the requirement of the design of the DG-ERP and actual conditions, we put forward the design of the network. |
