Manufacturing System Based On Scm's Oil Wellbore Tool Network

With the approaching of global competition after the entry into WTO, traditional manufacture of our country, including petroleum drilling-producing machine producer, bears an unprecedented sense of urgency. At the same time, the combination of information technology, modern business administration, marketing, the service means and manufacture brings forward a new subject to the technological transformation and the reform of management of our country' s under-developed manufacture.This paper met the request of "center of wellbore tools" of Dagang Oilfield, and depended on the present equipment condition of Dagang Oilfield Group Company, on the information technology, the advanced idea of manufacture, management and marketing referring to manufacture by internet, SCM, e-commerce, and enterprise alliance and presented a tool network manufacturing system of wellbore tools based on SCM. In this paper, the following work and results were achieved:1. The general structure and function model of tool network manufacturing system of wellbore tools of SCM was set up, and the function and model of main composition module in system (design unit facing customer, manager unit, bidding unit, products disposing entrance, customer consulting entrance), were carried out.2. In the design facing customer unit, secondary development scheme on the basis of supporting the software in figure in common use was brought forward. This paper summarized and studied the secondary development technology of commonly used CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD and Pro/E, etc., and developed a simple prototype system based on the tool instance of the pit shaft.3. The SCM of wellbore tool was generally studied in this paper, and the structure of net information system and information disposing process based on SCM system were set up too.4. Referring to the characteristics of the wellbore toolsmanufactured by network, an intact PDM system orientating to products information management was built. Its system structure, function model and component and information model were probed into thoroughly.5. Aiming at quality management of manufacture and service of wellbore tools, a comprehensive computer aided quality system of wellbore tools was presented. Its system structure, general arrangement, information model, net structure, and the function of each sub-system were studied in this paper too.The presentation of network manufacturing system based on SCM solved the integration problem of research and development, production, sale, and service of wellbore tools. At the same time, it can contribute to the composing of petroleum machinery supply chain system combining with the purchase by mails system (Energy NO. 1) of CNPC.
