System Integration Technology For The Container Manufacturing Industry

With the rapid development of informatization construction of the enterprises, the application system of the enterprises becomes more and more. And consequently the integration of enterprise application system also becomes a hot topic. Through system integration, the enterprise can implement the sharing and transforming of resources of different application systemsThis paper firstly introduced the producing mode and the character of mass customization of the current container manufacturing industry. And then by analyzing the integrating necessity of the PDM system, finance system, container management system and the producing management system applied in the JiangSu Xinhuachang container manufacturing enterprise, the total framework model has been established. Furthermore, the XML-based model of multi-level information system integration has been established by using the XML technology. Aiming to meet the needs of the different system integration, the detailed design of the system integration also has been defined. Lastly, based on the results of formal research and the actual circumstance of the Xinhuachang group, the integration component of the CMCIIS (Integrated information system for container mass customization) has been implemented , which works very well as a part of CMCIIS and largely has improved the economical efficiency and the competitive ability of the enterprise.
