Research And Realization On The Integration Technology Of Tool Information Facing Digital Workshop

The digitized manufacturing is the key technique of advanced manufacturing technology, its application improves the produce efficiency and roboticized degree of the enterprise, but the information circulation and the harmony of the produce in the enterprise must be improved. In the process of digitized manufacturing, many information systems are bought or developed. These systems work in their own ways, the manufacture resource information which from diferent systems can't share, the information islands exist. This paper takes the implementation and application of digitized manufacturing system in Zhengfei Technology Corporation as the background and research on the integration technology of tool information.The current researches on tool manage and information integration technology are provided in this dissertation. Through the reasearch on information integration technology, the integrated mode based on relation databse is implemented in the tool information integration of digitized manufacturing. Then the object flow and operation condition are analyzed, the database structure of each software is researched.The demand and compose of Tool Information Integration System are defined, the information process and operation process are designed. Following the exploitation project, Tool Information Integration System is explored with the aid of Delphi 7 and SQL Server2000. At the same time, this paper discusses systematically the key techniques as follows: The method of establishing tool library with excel file has been investigated through the analysis of tool library format and the principle of establishing tool library in CATIA, and the tool class is increased; CATIA software is further developed using macro. A macro-based integration project about the tool libraries is proposed, and the exploiture process is presented. The integration of OMATIVE and DNC is realized with the aid of messages mechanism, the OMATIVE system could obtain NC code,tool list and parameters from DNC.Through the exploiture of this system, tool information needn't repeated maintenance and input, it also can be renewed in time. The tool information integration come true and the automatization and integratization of digitized manufacturing system have evidently improvement.
