Base on research and analysis the present MIS and Quality Information Management of China Hualu Matsushita AVC Co. LTD (CHMAVC), put forward the possibility and necessary of developing the Quality Information Management System upon present MIS. Under the guidance of MIS design methodology, the composition of system functional module structure design and system detail design. Summarize the system working and applying result .the final, lay out the developing scenery of CHMAVC Quality Information Management integrating with the management facts and Information Technology ,Management Technology.
