This paper discusses the structure and the properties of optical and electrical properties of a new multiplayer light-blocking layer for LCLV (liquid crystal light valve). Theoretically discusses the requirement of light blocking layer for LCLV. Invented an evaporation boat with new structure. Solve the evaporation problem of VOPc. Intensify the multiplayer film's intensity with adding a new SiO layer between the glass substrate and the multiplayer film. Then prepare the multiplayer which the structure is SiO + CdTe + VOPc + CdTe + SiO. Test and analysis some properties such as crystal structure , superficial resistivity, light transparence, absorption coefficient etc. Obtain the best technical process and parameters with analyzing how film thickness, deposition rate, boat temperature, substrate temperature affect the films' structure and optical and electrical properties. At last proposed some subjects for how to optimize technical parameters.
