According to build "environment friendly, conservation of resources" of new thermodynamic enterprise requirements, around efficient production, production safety and the target of clean production, manufacture process tracking for key, further improve the production level of automation and whole enterprise informatization level. Therefore, co-gen center forward heating automatically data acquisition and the feasibility of production scheduling system research topic.This thesis expounds the heating data acquisition and production scheduling system implementation process issues related to the background and significance of based on manual, summarizes the data acquisition comprehensive analysis of production scheduling, introduces the production scheduling aspects of the development process and the situation at home and abroad, the paper analysis the demand of subject construction, this paper expounds the goals and contents of topics. System USES a PROFIBUS technique and GPRS wireless acquisition technology to achieve the pipeline section at the data and residents JiChuCeng construction, collected by the B/S development pattern and J2EE architecture technology software developers, to the process of production data daily analysis, energy consumption analysis, heating success rate, etc, and form automatic statistical analysis of graph, histogram analysis and management production scheduling.Through testing and commissioning of system, the system exists data acquisition no universal coverage and automation needs to enhance issues, but the whole system achieves the desired results, mainly reflects in several aspects: (1) to achieve data list's automation reconstruction and network construction. (2) realized heating data collection. (3) to implement the production scheduling operation analysis. (4) realized district heating regulation. (5) standardized data acquisition management. (6) improve the boiler operation efficiency. (7) improve the overall efficiency.
