| The guideline of heating is controlled by cell-combination instrument now. The temperature of water supply is chosen according to out-room temperature and workers' experience. The flux of steam is accommodated after an interval of time, thus the room temperature is up and down , and the people's living condition can not be ensured well, the flux of steam must be add in order to guarantee that the room temperature is not Under the limit of 16, thus the quantity of heat is wasted.A computer auto-control system about heating is developed in this paper. The technology of artificial neural network is adopted, and a 4-4-1' network model choosing temperature of environment, wind power, illumination and time interval as input variable and guideline of heating as output variable is set up. We utilize expert experience perfectly, and the economy performance is improved greatly in project.The system has functioned for two years in Wafangdian's Thermal Power Plant, and get perfect effect, save steam about 10% compare with cell-combination instrument. All the investment is taken back in half of heating period .The larger the area of the heating plant is, the more distinct the economy benefit is. |
