| At present, central heating technology has got more and more extensive application,but with the expansion of the scale, how to solve the hydraulic coupling problem duringall of heating exchange stations, and obtain timely and effectively the accurateparameters of heating pipe network, realization of automatic control of central heating,it will have great economic benefit and the academic research value. In view of theproblem, this paper introduces the composition, operation principle and heatingregulation of heating exchange station, as well as the hydraulic and the thermodynamiccalculation of heating exchange station control system, and discussed and analysis thecontrolling mode of the centralized heating system. This paper has designed themonitoring system of central heating, and studied deeply the PID neural networkdecoupling control method based on the improved BP algorithm application in thecentralized heating system.First, with "Beijing Fangshan District County in the west central heating project"as an example, according to the designing requirements and the actual situation at thescene, in order to safeguard function, reduce the cost as the starting point, designed themonitoring system of the central heating system.The heating exchange station hardware controller of the monitoring system selectsthe AB1769series PLC comes from United States of America, using RS Logix5000programming software to program, uses the AB Factory Talk View Studio comes fromUnited States as the PC software of the heating network monitoring center to completethe interface configuration, using the Virtual Private Network as the transmission modeof the remote data, realized of the automatic controlling of the central heating system.Secondly, in order to solve the hot indoor temperature uneven phenomenon causedby the hydraulic coupling problem during heating exchange stations, the traditional PIDcontrol method can not obtain the ideal effect, and the parameter setting is not easy.This paper combined the improved BP algorithm and the PID neural network decoupling control method, designed the PID neural network decoupling control systembased on improved BP algorithm. Choosing two heating exchange stations having astrong coupling as the controlled object, and choosing the average temperature ofsupply and return water of the heating exchange station as controlled parameter, throughregulating the hot water flow of the first network to each of heating exchange station, toachieve uniform distribution of the heat.Last, combined with the MATLAB software conducted simulation experiment tothe upon control system, achieved a good control effect in the experiment, verificationof the PID decoupling control method based on the improved BP algorithm has gooddecoupling performance. |
