| Recently,with the rapid development of seawater desalination,solar thermal utilization and heat pump technology,the study of seawater desalination is a hotspot in the exploitation of world energy sources gradually and the Solar Heat Pump Water Heater technology is popularized step by step. However as far as the water heating system of seawater desalination,some problem need to make some thorough study. This paper conducts the study of the auto-control technology for the system, focusing on the study of control scheme and strategy, developing the Micro-Controller of the system and the capability analysis on them was experimented and studied.The main works in this paper are summarized as follows:1 According to the experimental research on the system, thermal dynamics analysis for the system is conducted, and its control requirements are put forward.2 According to the rusult of experiments in the system,the paper proposes a united technology of Fuzzy Control and Frequency Conversion for convective thermal control on the front,and its effective simulation is implemented with MATLAB.3 According to the performance and the control demand of the system, a central Micro-Control system is designed to achieve the throttling control of the refrigerant and the capability control of the compressor of the system, including the SCH PCB design,software arithmetic and compilation and the hardware & software debugging.4 The control performance of Micro-Control system is analyzed and some experimental research is conducted on the system. The hardware & software designs in the process of running are improved to make the system run more safely, stably and reliably, as well as more accordant with the function rule for the system.5 Based on some research results, practicable schemes are put forward, such as the selection of aim to super heat, the frequency matching of thecom-pressor, the establishment of control scheme, parameter deciding. |
