Intelligent Monitoring Of The Injection Molding Machine And Remote Monitoring Interface Design And Realization

With the rapid development in the technology of industry automation and computer, the Plastic industry has been growing quickly. Injection is the main machine in Plastic industry. The Intelligent Controller of Injection is a kind of device that not only can control the working course of injection hi real tune but also can improve the productivity and the quality, of the products.Based on the understanding of the injection working course, we use the single chip system to implement the controlling and monitoring. In order to facilitate the user, we also design the friendly interface .Through it ,you can set parameters such as time ,pressure ,speed ,temperature and so on. And you also can get the exact information of the running system .At the same time , considering the development of the intelligent controller of injection ,we design a remote communication interface which can be used to transfer data through telephone line.The paper mainly focus on the design of hardware and software of the intelligent controller of injection. The basic structure of the intelligent controller of injection, and the design on Human-Computer interface system are discussed. Some problems of the organizing the system such as displaying of LCD, key and asynchronous serial communication have been solved. At the end of the paper, we give a introduction to remote communication interface.
