With the development of national economy, the air condition comes into thousands of families, what to follow is the examining of the air condition remote control. Taking the example of currently local circumstance, there is no systematic test method for the air condition remote control, also it is absent of static electric current, infrared radiant intensity, radiant intensity to shine on the cape, screen bright degree and the length of valid control. Air condition remote control has the ability of long range controlling; it also needs to show the current temperature and work condition. Therefore, the examine index of air condition remote control is more and the examine process is complex.This text is to design a system to examine the static electric current, radiant intensity of remote control to shine on a degree, radiant intensity shine on the cape, screen bright degree and valid control distance. The single chip collects these data and processes them to make sure the index sign is qualified or not, using a light to give alarm signal, in the end the data are send to PC through serial port, the PC shows and storages the data. This text points to remote control static electric current, and researches from theory to practice, analyses the change rule of static electric current, as well as to improve precision of the measurement. I get the index of static state electric current exactly through experiment. It has a high accuracy, and works stability.
