With the introduction of rehabilitation robotics to physical rehabilitation training, theapplication has become a popular study abroad. The technology to meet the disability ofpatients with hemiplegia or injury rehabilitation training requirements, and in the processof rehabilitation robots, human-computer interaction is essential, a friendly interface,simple and effective rehabilitation system not only can reduce the human and materialcosts, and the recovery was more evident. This is the upper limb rehabilitation system ofthe host computer system of human-computer interaction research and designdevelopment process for the final of the system and lower computer industrial controlsystem for serial data exchange and feedback control laid the foundation for upper limbrehabilitation robot.In this paper, the key technology development system has been studied and discussed,including the development of efficient serial communication protocol, multi-threadingsynchronization between the different modules, real-time data processing and real-timecurve plotting, data storage and so on. The whole system is divided into several relativelyindependent modules, including serial data communications, real-time data curve moduleand database module to determine the relationship between the modules, the main functionand specific method. The system is based on medical rehabilitation robot system in theupper machine part, be through the RS232serial port and lower computer industrialcontrol system to establish a connection, and instruction with real-time data exchange, thetraining data and real-time rendering of dynamic curves presented in the interface on; bycommunication command can be upper limb rehabilitation robot feedback control, time tochange the mode of training and training settings; patients and doctors through thedatabase storing information, rehabilitation training, the patient data stored in the database,you can view the patient’s history of training data and historical data to draw the curve,and provides report printing and exporting.Human-computer interaction through the host computer system and the next crew toconnect the operation of industrial control system, demonstrated the feasibility ofreal-time data exchange, and the effectiveness of feedback control, and data collected through the real-time curve drawing, processing and classification into the database ensurethat the viewing of historical data and export, and curve back. The operation of the systemcan greatly increase the efficiency of medical rehabilitation and reduce costs.
