With the deep process of informatization and rapid development of Mobile Internet, people’s way of work and learning, lifestyle have been through tremendous changes, meanwhile the security situation of the Mobile Internet is becoming serious increasingly. Although intrusion detection systems, firewalls and other security devices have been used to guard against security threats of the Mobile Internet, yet these devices are often limited to single point and single security issue which cannot mutually support each other or work together, and does not solve the overall level safety problem mentioned before.From the macro point of view, the paper mainly studies the establishment of the index system of the Mobile Internet, index weights, and improvement of the evaluation algorithms, etc. The main studies of this paper are as follows:First of all, in view of the characteristics of the Mobile Internet, we establish a Mobile Internet security situation assessment model. The model consists of four steps: data collection, extract of indicators, situation assessment and prediction of security situation.Secondly, the paper builds a multi-layer and multidimensional Mobile Internet security situation evaluation index system which includes two aspects of mobile terminals and mobile networks. There were six factors of Mobile Internet situation assessment to describe the safety influence which includes the system resources, system status, network traffic, user information, threat and vulnerability. On this basis, the paper researches and analyzes the sources of data and the proper quantitative evaluation method of each index to solve the problem of type of inhomogeneity and unification of the measurement of all kinds of index.Again, to solve the problem of the ambiguity in index weight which according to traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchical process evaluation algorithm, an improved algorithm based on entropy and group analytic hierarchical process is proposed and then we got a scientific and objective weight. At the same time we applied multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the security situation and establish a secondary evaluation model.Finally, we designed and implemented the simulation experiments to evaluate the improve algorithm, and experimental results show that the improve algorithm and index system are reasonable and reliable.
